The practice

A sauna is not a spa. It is a habit.

We did not invent this. The Finns have been doing it for two thousand years, the Russians a little longer. What's new is putting it inside a working week, near a train station, at a price that lets it become part of how you live — not a once-a-year treat.

Heat

15 to 20 minutes in a Finnish-spec cabin, 80–90°C, low humidity. The point is not to suffer. The point is to make the cold feel like relief, not punishment.

Cold

60 to 90 seconds in 4–8°C water. Long enough to count, short enough to keep coming back. We do not believe in heroics.

Rest

The part most people skip. Sit down. Drink water. Talk to the person next to you. This is where most of the work happens.

Standard session,
well spent.

Every site runs to the same rhythm. Arrive a little early, change, and cycle through hot, cold, and quiet at your own pace. Sessions are private — you book the cabin, not a seat in it.

  1. Arrive

    Check in, change, leave your phone in the locker. Tea while you wait if you got here early.

  2. Heat

    15–20 minutes in the cabin. Two rounds if you're new, three if you've done this before.

  3. Cold

    Plunge pool at 4–8°C. Stay 60 seconds. Most people surprise themselves on the second go.

  4. Repeat

    Hot, cold, rest. Two or three full cycles in a standard session, more if you've booked the long one.

  5. Leave better

    Shower, change, water. You'll sleep well tonight.
